L’uva Viognier proviene originariamente dalla Francia. Ma il nostro clima soleggiato e il terreno calcareo del Piemonte portano le proprietà più belle dell’uva. I vitigni di colore giallo dorato conferiscono al vino il suo colore intenso. Il nostro Viognier Val di Luna è a bassa acidità e profuma di albicocche mature e pesche. Ma entrano in gioco anche le note floreali. Si accompagna a piatti di pesce, carni bianche o piatti ben conditi.
